Arbrium — infrastructure asset intelligence

Terms of Service

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Arbrium platform, the Arbrium Air controller app and this website. Where your organisation has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms. Questions: hello@arbrium.app.

Accounts

  • Accounts are created by invitation from an organisation's administrator.
  • You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
  • Administrators decide who in their organisation can see, edit and export data.

Your data

Your organisation owns the asset, survey and evidence data it puts into Arbrium. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Arbrium to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Don't attempt to access data you haven't been given access to, or disrupt the service.
  • Only upload content you have the right to use.

Professional judgement

Arbrium records and organises survey information and can suggest relationships between assets and work, and draft observations from imagery. Suggestions and drafts are aids to — not substitutes for — the judgement of qualified professionals, who remain responsible for assessments, recommendations and decisions made using the platform.

Drone operations

Arbrium Air helps plan and record drone missions. The operator and remote pilot remain responsible for every flight, including compliance with Civil Aviation Authority rules, any permissions required from infrastructure owners, and the client's own drone policies. Checks shown in Arbrium Air support that responsibility; they do not replace it.

Beta features

Features marked as in beta are offered so you can try them early. They may change and may not always work as expected.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as set out in your order or on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Arbrium available and secure but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees your organisation paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending your use

Your organisation can stop using Arbrium at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. When an account closes, the organisation can export its data first.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
